The nominations for the 19th Annual OFTA Film awards were announced on Sunday, January 25, 2015.
Best Picture nominee The Grand Budapest Hotel led the field of nominees with 15 followed closely by Birdman with 14 nominations. The eight other films nominated for Best Picture are Boyhood, Foxcatcher, Gone Girl, The Imitation Game, A Most Violent Year, Nightcrawler, Selma and Whiplash. All five Best Director nominees were among this year’s Best Picture nominees, the nominations going to Wes Anderson, Ava DuVernay, David Fincher, Alejandro G. Inarritu and Richard Linklater.
Boyhood and Nightcrawler pulled in ten nominations apiece to secure third place among the nominees while fifth place went to Gone Girl with eight nominations.
The winners will be revealed on Sunday, February 8, 2015.

Every year when you do this(TV version too)you have a Hall of Fame and in thall of fame the name Jerry Lewis is omitted.Why?
Votes are determined by the membership. There is a limited number of individuals that can be inducted each year and the voters determine who should make it in and who should not. If they don’t feel Jerry Lewis deserves inclusion over the other names selected, then he’s not going to be inducted.
